Sara is, in a word, amazing. I was a little nervous never having done ashiatsu before but she made everything smooth and easy. The pressure was perfect and the relief was incredible. She made me feel comfortable throughout the whole process and was kind but very professional. I can't recommend this enough if you typically do deep tissue massage. I found this to be intense enough for me but didn't have the pain I typically feel with deep tissue hand massage. She checked in on me occasionally to make sure I was alright but, in general, just let me enjoy the time.
