Coming soon… Yoga Therapy with Michelle Bowles
You’ve heard me discuss our sister studios across the country. We often share resources and help each other out. One of the practitioners from San Antonio has come to Missouri for an extended period of time and wish to use my space for her offerings. She is a true delight. To be in her care is truly an experience and she has more credentials than I can list.
Michelle and I have been online friends for years and our mutual love for trauma informed education and spaces run deep. Immediately, I felt a sense of calm and security that I can ensure her sessions will feel like for you.
