I’m a little partial to Hot Ashi as it’s the first course I created for the Center for Barefoot Massage. That means I’m super passionate about the content in this course and I’m thrilled you get to hear it straight from me! I use pillows in my everyday life and in most every session.
We’ll discuss how and why to use heated pillows and also various ways to incorporate them into your practice.

So much value is packed in each class and while we have an outline for what each class holds, the people who show up to each class often dictates the details of the class.
