Hello Friends!
First, I’d like to apologize to anyone who attempted to call/email/text me this weekend. I’m usually very prompt at returning communication but this past week has been an exception. I truly believe that we can heal through the support of those around us. This life is precious and it’s not meant to be traveled alone. That being said, I wanted to share a recent struggle of mine with you. This past week, my Mother found out she has lung cancer and through a few tests have found out that she also has some spots on her spine. This is very scary as I’m her only child and we are very close. When we found out about the spot on her spine, I basically dropped everything to go be with her to support her and my Dad. I was so consumed with caring for her that the rest of the world kept spinning without me. I’m happy to say that I’m back in St. Louis today and excited to get back to the studio. I’m so blessed to have such a great group of loyal clients who have been so flexible and understanding while I go through this journey with my family. Also, I’m so glad that I am able to bring peace and relaxation to you, my clients. This gives me a peace that is indescribable. And through this experience in my life, I’m learning all over again how important massage, meditation, and movement are so integral in overcoming such a stressful experience.
Again, Thank you for your support, your dedication, your understanding and for giving me something to look forward to everyday while I journey through this life experience with my family. My husband, Micheal, my Step-daughter, Izzy, and my amazing family in St. Louis have been nothing short of Amazing and I’m incredibly grateful for each and every one of you!
Namaste
