Hi, I’m Vanessa!
It’s been a roller coaster of a year, but I am excited to get back to working with my clients.
During quarantine, I discovered my green thumb and now my house feels like a jungle. I’ve always loved cooking but I’ve taken more of an interest in preparing food for my health. It’s been surprisingly fun!
I miss traveling! Anyone else miss going on adventures and exploring this beautiful world?? I’d love to hear from you, where is your favorite place you have traveled..and WHY?
I’ve been a massage therapist since August 2017, and have been practicing barefoot massage since November 2018. I can’t imagine not doing what I love so our time apart has been really tough. I’m so glad to be back.
The best part of being a bodyworker is connecting with people and helping them find their way back to peace. It’s so rewarding when people walk out feeling relaxed and calm.
I’ve seen clients change their need for prescription drugs or delay or prevent surgery. The power of health by relaxation is profound to witness.
Barefoot massage is best for healthy people. Since it is deep pressure, our clients shouldn’t have osteoporosis, be pregnant, or have any other conditions that would contraindicate deep work.
If you find yourself to be one of these people, I also offer hands-on massage, such as Swedish, deep tissue, prenatal, and orthopedic massage.
If you are not sure which therapy would be best for you, please contact me and I would be happy to discuss with you.
Humans have been adapting since the dawn of time and as we do that in this moment, I look forward to figuring it out together.
