WE HAVE MOVED!!! Finally! It was long process but we are finally settled into our new, permanent home! It is beautiful! There are a few things that are changing (See sidebar) including our name/logo. We will be transitioning to
Thrive for Life Massage Therapy.
At the moment, we are still using the same website (www.saranewberrylmt.com) but we will be getting a new website soon (there’s only so much time in one day. I’d like to think I’m superwoman, but in some cases that’s just not true). Once we launch a new site, I will let you know. For now, continue to schedule online and reference anything else via our current website. We have a new beautiful logo and new cards. The next time you’re in, please grab a few to share with your friends and family. I can also mail a few to you if your appointment is in a few weeks.

About Us
|
Dr. Matt is the proud owner of Thrive for Life Chiropractic, striving to support individuals of all ages to thrive throughout life and not simply survive. He had the opportunity to work with many college athletes, cross fit athletes, children, those suffering from chronic conditions, and the average healthy person, enabling him to bring a wealth of knowledge and expertise to explain how the whole body synergistically works together.
He is also no stranger from pain and suffering. Dr. Matt identifies on a personal level to those who have had shoulder dislocations & separations, chronic digestive issues, sport-related concussions, chronic neck and low back pain, chronic strep throat, and addictive behaviors. He suffered from insecurity, heavy drinking and drug use. All of this began to change by the grace of GOD. Through ups and downs and many prayers he strives to be a God honoring Christian. His confidence, hope and security comes from his faith in God and gives Him all the praise. He changed his ways and began taking better care of his health physically, chemically, emotionally and spiritually.
In 2001, he began receiving chiropractic care and immediately began to see a difference in his health with elimination of chronic strep throat, improved digestion and less aches and pains. Fast forward to the current day, 13 years later with ongoing chiropractic care, massage, healthy clean eating and drinking, positive attitude, prayer and a loving supportive wife and family he is in the best healthy state of his life. His passion and joy comes from sharing this same way of life with his family, friends and community.
Dr. Matt is blessed with a beautiful wife and 3 wonderful children that have been under chiropractic care since minutes old. As a parent, he understands and can relate to other parents with struggles of doing everything they can so their children can thrive. Healthcare today can be a very intimidating not knowing what to do in the decisions for your childrens best interest. Dr. Matt believes the best thing you can do as a parent is educate yourself on all aspects of healthcare before taking any doctors advice or worse, only reading a post on the internet. At Thrive for Life Chiropractic Dr. Matt and his team will do everything they can to provide you with the information and resources to make the best decisions for your family.
Dr. Matt has post doctorate training in Functional Endocrinology, Functional Blood Chemistry Analysis, Chiropractic Craniopathy, Extensive training in Sacro Occipital Technique and Gonstead Technique.

Dr. Emily’s specialties came from a need for healthcare focused specifically for mothers. She saw a connection when working nutritionally with autoimmune patients.
So many mothers had the same story, “All my health issues started after I had my first child.”
This challenged her to research the physiology and pathology of the woman’s body during and after pregnancy. She found connections and has been passionate about spreading the word of how to prevent women’s health from spiraling out of control.
She offers multiple facets of health care consisting of functional medicine, low-force chiropractic adjustments, nutritional consultations and health-related seminars throughout St. Louis. As a wife, mother of two children and a dog, she understands the ups and downs of motherhood and the untapped needs of women looking for answers in different aspects of life. Autoimmunity runs rampant in her family so she sets an example for her own children and actively lives the paleo-lifestyle.
Her passion for natural health care started when her aviation career required her to work at a desk job, leading to chronic back pain. After visiting a chiropractic physician, she was amazed at how a doctor was able to evaluate her body and tell her where she was unknowingly in pain. After a few chiropractic adjustments, she was pain-free and never needed pain killers to manage her chronic back pain. As private pilot and meteorologist, Emily discovered the human body was similar to operating an aircraft in a thunderstorm, where everything had to be in balance to function perfectly. After completing her Masters of Business Administration
degree she decided to dedicate her life to helping people in the most natural way God would allow by obtaining her doctorate of chiropractic. Emily specializes in women. She has post doctorate training in Functional Endocrinology, Functional Blood Chemistry Analysis, Neuroimmunology, Thyroid Disorders, Chiropractic Craniopathy and is Webster Technique Certified (link to the paper on Webster technique), specifically trained to treat pregnant women structurally. She uses diagnostic lab testing to validate unanswered symptoms that women and children are experiencing. She is passionate about supporting autoimmune and other chronic disorders in which the medical model leaves patients feeling abandoned. She supports natural childbirth, breastfeeding, parental choice and strives to be your best advocate.
