Since our release last month of our brand new partnership, we’ve had a couple of questions.
- You will not loose your membership appointments if they are on your account. They simply roll over into the Partnership Appointments.
- The partnership is basically the same as the membership, we just changed the name, added “additional treatments,” and made our referral program even more awesome. You also have 2 levels of your membership to allow you more for your session.
- The Partnership officially begins June 1. As of June 1, your auto payment will begin charging either the Elemental Partner Price or the Deluxe Partner Price. If you have not come in, you will be defaulted to the Elemental Partner Price.
- We no longer offer auto-gratuity. This means that you will need to bring your tip with you or we can charge the card on file when you come in. You will hear us ask if you would like to add gratuity. It is never expected but always appreciated.
